Perhaps it would be best if you got some sleep and started again in the morning? Like any other activity, exercising when we’re exceptionally fatigued can lead to a host of things going wrong. Exercising when fatigued can increase the risk that you stop paying attention to how you are holding weights or you may begin to stomp your feet against the hard road surface rather than trot gracefully. Running on the road when fatigued can lead to poor judgments; you might just step out in front of a car. All around, exercise needs to be planned and exercise routines need to leave room for some flexibility. Keep safe, exercise with purpose with a whole health plan in mind, and include rest in your exercise plan.
