How can I book an appointment?

As a first time visitor, we recommend you call us. We’ll help you through the booking process. If you prefer to book your own appointment, look for the Book Appointment links in the header and footer or throughout the pages you are visiting. You can also send us an Appointment Request by email.

Which therapist is best for me?

We trust all our therapists to provide you with an excellent therapeutic massage. If you simply want a massage and are looking for a qualified group, any of our therapists can provide that for you! If you have specific needs for services such as pregnancy or fertility massage, advanced sports massage, or advanced medical massage, please call and we’ll help match the right therapists for your needs. Are your prices negotiable?

We do not negotiate on price and we do not want to compromise on talent. Our therapists are paid higher than average in our profession and they are expected to maintain a higher level of training. To help you save, we encourage you to book for less time. Try a 30-min or 45-min appointment with our talent. You’ll learn quickly about the quality that we deliver.

Are tips expected?

Given that massage therapy is subject to service industry competitive pricing, our therapists depend on tips as a part of their income. Tipping is appreciated but never expected.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

By booking this reservation you are committing to paying for the reservation even if you no-show or need to late cancel. We understand that committing to paying for something that you may not be able to attend can be difficult to accept. If this is the case for you, we recommend reserving same day appointments only and not booking ahead. Another option is to send a friend or family member in your place when you cannot attend. To avoid late charges notify us by 7:45pm Monday-Friday, 4:45pm Saturday (for Monday appointments), or prior to when the business closes for a holiday.

Do you accept workman’s compensation cases?

This depends on the workman’s compensation company and our participation is determined on a case by case basis.

Will my insurance plan or flex spending account cover medical massage therapy?

This depends on your company’s policies and it’s individual requirements. Most flex spending accounts consider therapeutic massage a covered benefit. In that case, your tax savings can equate to a 25% price break. Payment is due at the time of service. To seek reimbursement from an insurance company, a prescription for medically necessary massage may be required and can be obtained from your family doctor. Please contact us in advance if you are involved in a personal injury claim, motor vehicle accident, or workman’s compensation claim. We’re happy to help!
