We are an established local small business looking for someone with great customer service skills for our multi therapist massage practice. We are looking for someone to fill these hours: M,W,F 5p-8p, Tu/Th 4p-8p. We need a dynamic friendly individual to take care of checking clients in and out, answering phones, relaying messages, scheduling appointments and assisting management with minor projects like posting on social media accounts. If you are looking for a great teamwork environment and ongoing employment, this is the place for you. Multitasking should be one of your strengths.
This position is part time only. Starting pay is between $10-12/hour depending on skill level and experience. This job is great for people who are motivated by exposure to professional development opportunities. One year office experience and customer service experience is a must. Applicants should enjoy helping people and have good typing and computer skills. Some college experience, especially in marketing, is preferred but not required.
