I have advanced bodywork education in Vodder Lymphatic Therapy and I am a certified lymphatic therapist (CLT). I have been practicing manual lymphatic drainage for 3-years now. I have also taken additional training in lymphatic massage and I enjoy incorporating these modalities into my massage practice.

 

I have worked with special populations such as geriatric persons, pre and post-natal and pregnancy, mental health and trauma including post domestic violence, and substance abuse. I enjoy working with anyone who visits my treatment room and I will take special care to pay attention to individual needs.I am able to help comfort those in vulnerable positions in life. I find that having a holistic wellness community and support through life’s challenges helps with transitions and celebrating joy

 

In my free time from work and study, I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, traveling, reading, and thrifting. I am currently learning fabric arts such as crochet and embroidery. At home, I have two cats that I adore, Faye Faye and Tater Tot. I am usually exploring one or all of my hobbies with a cat by my side.
