With 16 years of experience as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, Betsy Horner brings both skill and heart to every session. Her work is rooted in a genuine passion for helping people feel better in their bodies and in their lives.

Betsy specializes in Reflexology, Vodder Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) with a focus on the shoulder and thoracic outlet, and Hot Stone therapy. Her sessions are thoughtful, targeted, and results-driven whether a client is managing pain, recovering from tension or injury, or simply needing deep relaxation and nervous system support.

What keeps Betsy in this field after 16 years is the impact she gets to witness firsthand. “When someone is limping when they walk in and their stride smooths out after, it’s the greatest feeling in the world,” she says. For her, massage therapy isn’t just a profession, it’s a way to help people move through life with more ease and confidence.

Outside the treatment room, Betsy has a creative background with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. She enjoys computer gaming (her current favorite is Rust) and shares her home with her 17-year-old cat, Mr. Angel Baby Booger plus about a thousand other nicknames.
