Massage Therapist

I am passionate about helping people to feel their best – whether that is helping them to be more pain-free, help improve function in their daily life, and also to facilitate healing where one can reconnect with deep relaxation and bliss. I studied in the AOS program at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO from 2011-2013, and have been a practicing bodyworker for almost 10 years. During my time at CSHA, I focused primarily on advanced neuromuscular techniques and deep tissue therapy. Over the last decade and thousands of hours of experience, I have expanded my skill set with condition-specific treatments, injury recovery, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, cupping, IASTM (“blading”), TMJD and intraoral massage, Thai Yoga massage, active isolated stretching, among others. My extensive set of technical expertise paired with inspired Thai Yoga integration are sure to provide you with not only an effective treatment addressing your needs – but a rewarding massage experience unlike any other. I look forward to working with you!

I like to work with folks seeking relief from chronic discomfort/pain – whether that may be desk workers, doctors (especially dentists), or their patients who are in currently being treated for soft tissue injuries. I love combining Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilazation (IASTM), T-bars, and cupping into my work – I find these techniques enhance results or help folks remain pain free for longer.

  • My fiancee’, Elena, and I just moved to Cary from Denver in Sep 2022.
  • We have 2 cats – Luna and Waka
  • I like strength training, bike riding (especially the Greenway trail system around town), hiking, and scratching the exploration itch whenever possible!
  • Music is my life-blood – I especially love retrowave music
  • I have an absolutely unquenchable thirst for learning.

I just had a quick 30 min massage with Jeremy and he surely knows how to utilize the time. He is such an expert at what he does. Although I usually book longer sessions, he helped me so much in 30 mins. It is a testament to his knowledge and skill level. If all you can get is 30 mins, then take it,sooo worth it; especially with Jeremy. Thank you so much,my friend. 🙂

I just wanted to let you know that I had a truly incredible massage with Jeremy this evening. I have severe scoliosis and chronic lower back pain. I’ve seen many massage therapists over the years and have never had someone find new ways of stretching and massaging that truly relieved my pain. I told him my spine has never felt straighter! Jeremy was kind, communicative, and obviously so talented.

I have already booked two more sessions with him.
Just wanted to say thank you for recruiting such talented staff!

Jeremy is a remarkable and talented therapist. He has a natural ability to find dysfunctional muscles and fascia in his clients. His ability to see and feel the musculature, helps enhance his ability to improve muscular and fascial function.

He has worked as a massage therapist in my clinic and I have seen amazing changes in those that he has worked with. As a clinic owner and physical therapist, I have been amazed with his outcomes.

As a recipient of his work, he has found a unique way to fully reduce my hip and sacroiliac joint pain so very easily.

I recommend him and his methods very highly…he will change your life!

Jeremy has a plethora of skills that suited me very well when I received a session. He is attentive and targeted when necessary. I felt he used the appropriate amount of pressure when and where necessary. He’s present in his work and will take the time to check in to make sure you’re receiving what it is you need for pain relief and self care. Please visit Jeremy and be the first to write a testimonial.
