Sarah studied massage and bodywork therapy at the prestigious Swedish Institute in New York City, where she earned an AOS in Massage Therapy in 2004. She has been a licensed massage therapist in New York, Florida, and Alabama, and currently holds a license as a North Carolina massage and bodywork therapist. She is also a licensed esthetician. Sarah has worked in the therapeutic health service industry for over twenty years, during which time she owned and operated her own medical spa. She has studied with a certified Reflexologist and is currently working toward a national certification in Reflexology. Sarah specializes in Soothing Relaxation Massage, Hot Stone, Meridian Theory, Energy Work, and Shiatsu. She is a Massage Instructor at Gwinnett College and a Reiki Master. Sarah does not practice deep tissue, NMT, orthopedic, or other forms of massage. She welcomes you to her table for a full relaxation experience that may include aromatherapy. Please inform her if you are sensitive to scents. 

Sarah has a BFA in Theatre Performance at Western Illinois University, and was a professional actor in New York City for twelve years. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, baking, interior design, SciFi/Fantasy fiction, playing Scrabble (poorly, but enthusiastically), all dogs, and any movie where the zombies lose.
