Massage Therapist
Tammy is a 13-year veteran massage therapist. Her journey in the health and wellness industry started when she became a NSCA certified Personal Trainer in March of 2008. She also studied and became certified in Posture Analysis and Corrective Exercise in 2008. Wanting to further her education and have a complimentary career she graduated with honors in massage therapy from First Coast Technical College in St. Augustine, Florida and obtained her LMBT license in March of 2012. Tammy is also a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher.
With a background in sport and fitness, Tammy enjoys working with athletes and can relate to the stresses placed on their bodies. She especially enjoys working with anyone who has structural imbalances and pain patterns. Hands on Health highly recommends Tammy for both therapeutic and relaxation sessions. Her work is versatile and flexible. Her agenda is YOUR agenda and her communication style is top notch.

- As a teenager, I completed in Martial Arts and received a silver medal in sparring at the 1998 USTU Jr. Olympics (Nationals)
- I have 3 older brothers and I am the youngest of four.
