Yin Yoga: Deep Stretch By Candlelight

Yin Yoga is a different experience than most other forms of Yoga. Each posture is deliberately held for 2-5 minutes, allowing for a thorough stretch of the muscles, fascia and connective tissues.
No experience is necessary and yoga pants are not required- pj pants, sweat pants or athleisure of any kind is welcome.
Join Sally Raspberry, ERYT 500 for this 6 week series which will focus on relieving sore, stiff, tense low back, hips and legs; transforming you into a smooth flowing, limber, well oiled machine.To Register: call or text us at 919-694-1354.
Cost: $96 for the whole series, paid up front, secures your place in the classes. If you can’t make one of the classes, let us know and you can send a friend in your place.
Class Dates: Mondays 8/7/2023, 8/14/2023, 8/21/2023, 8/28/2023, skip 9/4/2023, 9/11/2023, 9/18/2023. 7-7:45pm. Classroom will be open by 6:45pm for setup.
